While captive tigers do not face the perils of the wild, they are not all safe. Some well-meaning humans take in adorable cubs who grow amazingly big and strong. Zoos with injured cats know their public wants cosmetically perfect animals. Performing cats grow feeble and weary with age. Human parents get sick or die. Some cubs enter the world unwanted from birth. These cats are looking for a home.

Riverglen is a home for tigers. Their needs are met thanks to people like you. They do not understand your sacrifice, but they do appreciate the comforts you provide them. We do too.
